Our customized meal plans are unique to your age, body type, height, weight, and of course your activity level. All meal guidelines are completely personalized therefore only including the foods you like.


Customized Meal Plans

Each plan is precisely calculated with your total caloric intake and your total daily intake of each macro-nutrients. (protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats. I do not believe in depriving the body of vital nutrients in order to lose fat & tone up: they are based around balance & achieving optimum health & well being.

Each meal has its recommended portion sizes.  you don’t have to worry about counting calories and macros because its all done for you (by grams and percentages of your daily intake)

 

I do not believe in deprivation “diets” or “quick fix” solutions when it comes to achieving a lean, toned body. We need to nourish our bodies with the right foods for maximum health & well-being!

I believe in revving up your metabolism in order to lose weight and body fat. (and NOT by reducing your calories to a minimum ex : 1200 calories)

  • My plans are structured accordingly to your individual goals & needs, and are designed to compliment your training
  • Options range from lower carb, moderate carb through to higher carb
  • Ideal Macro ratio for your goals
  • 5 or 6 meals per day to rev up your metabolism
  • Supplement recommendations for lean muscle gain, recovery & general health & well-being, unless you advise this is not a priority.
