Some body weight exercises and some with equipment (battle ropes, medicine ball, body bar, dumbbells, box jumps,etc..)
Every workout session is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals.
Each session is led by a Certified Fitness Instructor where every exercise is modified to each individual’s fitness level.
